【uddhacca 】 'restlessness', belongs to the 10 fetters (samyojana, q.v.), and to the 5 hindrances (ni^varana, q.v.). It is one of those 4 mental factors inseparably associated with all unwholesome consciousness (akusala-sa^dha^rana, q.v.). Cf. Tab. II. [南传佛教英文辞典]
